The first three rounds of interviews were ok; people were actually engaged, respectful and, amazingly, were happy with my profile and experience. Ended up having a fourth one because one person never showed up to the third interview and asked for a separate call. This became a very strange session, where the interviewer never paid attention, interrupted me, asked about requirements that weren't in the job description and was determined to have a humiliating attitude. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think that person knows how to be considerate or knows how to interview someone - maybe HR should have a chat about best practices.
