No accountability by managers because all decisions are made by a few people at top. As a result their is no autonomy for managers to successfully do their jobs. Revenue is a number one focus even if you are not in sales. Firefighting is part of the culture, planning is not. There are many business offerings and no real strategic business focus. Health benefit plan is not great as not a lot is covered by the plan
