Navisite Interview Questions

Initial phone call that gave me general info about the company and role. Was asked about salary expectations but had to ask questions to get more information. Interviewer had a lot of information and answered my questions well.

Ghosted Completed first interview and was told I should expect to hear back within a few days. Sent a follow-up email the following day to summarize the interview and to further express my interest. Never heard back

The initial screening is via phone and gathers availability to schedule an interview with the Director of the team. During the interview, you are asked about the experience and sold on what you can bring to the Navisite team.

Hello, everyone. not clear about the interview and less probability of selection. It was not clear what was the requirement and interviewer was trying to confuse me. I would avoid such company.

1.online assessment 2. Technical round 3. Managerial/technical 4.final round with director 5.Online analytical test All above rounds took 1 week. I went through all these rounds then HR asked me for documents and I provided the same. its been week now but not yet received any update

2 rounds , first online test which got clear and 2nd was technical round taken by 4 experienced experts covering all the areas of oracle database. I cleared both the round successfully. Hr discussed the sal expectations and notice period and she said offer will be release in a week,after a frequent follow up hr told position is on hold and but I enjoyed the interview process. there are some negative reviews about its management and today I experienced it as after all succesful rounds they realised that position need to be on hold.

I had 2 rounds of technical interview. In first round I was asked about basic python related things for example - context managers, decorators and data structures. I was also given a medium level leetcode problem. In second round also I was asked about data structures in python and some basic properties around them.

Round 1: Full Techincal Round 2: Technical + Managerial by Practice Lead Round 3: Project Manager Then HR connet after each stages. Once all Round are finished offer letter will get generated in 1-2 week

Really disappointing experience considering the seniority a d experience being sought for the role. The positives: The in-house recruiter was great, friendly, forth coming, provided lots of info re the org and high level details of the role. The negatives: the first interview was a complete train wreck in my opinion. The two people interviewing me didn’t bother formally introducing themselves, describing their roles/the role that I was interviewing for or the organisation in general. They simply launched into quick fire technical questions. I found the experience pretty unprofessional and a waste of my time so cut the interview short and withdrew my interest in the role and org. Advice to the organisation/interviewers would be to lose the arrogance and respect that people who apply to work for you/your org are likely to improve and enhance the solutions and services that you provide. Respect the skills and experience that these people bring when interviewing, whether fit for your org or not.

Applied through online. Had initial discussion with recruiter Recruiter asked me to take online test. It is 2hrs test, successfully completed test. Had two technical Interviews. Had a discussion with hiring manager Recruiter gave me offer.
