They follow the STAR format. Do not apply if you are a military veteran with many years of experience in banking. Civilians conducted every interview with a chip on their shoulder. Their attire and manner were extremely unprofessional.The low offer was far from mid-range. The reason given for the low offer was, "We don't want to offend current managers; they make a lot less money than you." So, according to them, I have accepted less than what I'm worth to make the other managers feel good. I asked them if they expected me to perform at my current level for less money, and they said "yes." I said I needed the salary I requested; if not, I would give the same level of performance that they are getting from my current managers. Most people conducting the interviews were unprofessional in how they dressed and carried themselves; one of the so-called managers looked like he had just come from the club, with a gold chain showing over a t-shirt while he was wearing a blazer "they call that business casual."

The level of unprofessionalism, far too much. I was excited to apply for this company as I have heard amazing things about their work culture and benefits package. I waited over 4 weeks for an email or a call and nothing. I have over 10 years of experience and have worked for some major key players in the banking industry.

Great interview process with a panel. Did interview with a recruiter by phone which took about 30 minutes or so and then moved on to a three person panel.
