Interview
Before scheduling any initial interview, employer sent over writing "test" that includes very basic instructions for rewriting LinkedIn profile content using Chat GPT, and also asked me (the applicant) to record the entire process of me reading the instructions and completing the test. Overall the process took about 1.5 hours. However, upon completing the test exactly as described, employer claims I did not meet his expectations and proceeds to send a recording of him doing it himself completing steps that were not described in the initial instructions, as well as using Chat GPT Plus, a paid version of the tools he asks candidates to use. Employer did not provide his specific instructions, access to Chat GPT plus, or any compensation for the test. It is intellectually dishonest to have candidates participate in the test while withholding vital information regarding his expectations, as well as expecting candidates' entries to compare to his results using more powerful, paid AI tools that were not available to the candidate during the test. Overall the process was frustrating and a bit insulting. Would strongly discourage others for falling for his trap.

Question 1
No questions - simply complete a "test" that is impossible to pass due to the interviewer's withholding of vital instructions and expectations, while he himself could not complete it without a paid subscription to enhanced AI writing software.
