NeoLife International interview questions

Smooth and easy going, well structured, and all questions were relevant to the role. They asked questions about my past work experience and gauged my ability to solve problems. It was a series of two interviews before I was offered the job.

Job search was conducted by an excellent executive recruiter. Following multiple screening calls with the recruiter I submitted a statement of interest. I then had a 35 minute interview with the HR partner. The HR contact was fairly new in her role and was friendly but passive. Her line of questions reflected her experience level. Although I felt comfortable during the zoom call my impression was that NeoLife’s HR department is not seasoned nor staffed with career HR professionals.
