I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Neptune North (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Interview
The interview process consisted of several stages. First, I completed an online aptitude test, which assessed general problem-solving, logical reasoning, and numerical ability. After that, I was invited to complete a Codility test, which focused on coding ability, algorithmic thinking, and writing efficient solutions under time pressure. I then progressed to the first-stage interview, which was a professional but fairly relaxed conversation about my background, motivation for applying, relevant experience, and interest in the Graduate Software Engineer role. I was informed that the next stage would have been an assessment centre, but I was rejected after the first-stage interview and did not progress further.

Question 1
What interested you in applying for the Graduate Software Engineer role?
Mix of coding, numerical and logic based questions in the first couple of stages. Then on to a culture fit and final technical interview. It's a long process but they are very responsive and the questions are quite fun.

Question 1
SQL coding question, return a table of recurring values.
Went through an Aptitude Assessment, Coding Assessment, and then got invited for 2 interviews. The interviewer did not show up for the first one, the second one was a BQ focused round. After that, got told that they decided to move the role to Spain, so would not continue with UK applications.
