Neptune Software interview questions

I applied online, was contacted by the recruiter. During my interview, first red flag was that recruiter refused to turn on his camera. After our call, he said my profile looked good and he will schedule the next call with the hiring manager. That was the last I heard of them. I tried following up but I was ghosted.
