Quick to contact. Easy and laid back interview. We discussed comic con and other things. My interview was 1x1. Went pretty well. The hiring manager requested some work samples and ultimately decided the position wasn't the right fit. When I followed up with him, he was professional and thanked me for my time right away so I didn't feel like I was being led on or anything. Even though this particular position was a match, he was keeping me in mind for other possible opportunities.

First interview is a group interview. They see how you interact talking to people. Their focus is all on communication skills. When going in be sure to be confident and comfortable in group environments. They tend to lean away from tech questions off the start, however, if you are interviewing for the tech positions then you will get asked tech questions. They will be questions about printer troubleshooting, virus removal, etc.
