Campus interview it was. They had come to college and hired as trainees. The interview was more related to sales experience and skills. The sales questions were rather tough but manageable with a little practical thought.
Interview process was really good. RSM and HR both are were trying to understand me as well as make me under stand the role requirement. Panel want to know more about internship as it was campus placement,

written, GD, PI and Interview with Regional Manager was conducted which was difficult to crack but I did it because of my knowledge and convincing skills. You need to be confident in whatever you are saying.
