I had dropped my CV at the Saltlake office of Nestle India Limited and got called for an interview.The first 2 rounds comprised 1:1 HR rounds which questioned my basic knowledge about myself,the company,the job position,why i chose this particular sector,my work experience,etc.(basically standard interview questions). The next round was with sales big shots who questioned my knowledge about the current affairs(a lot of questions on this topic) and my command over the language was obviously tested.The written round had questions on english(standard),Data representation(easy),IQ(standard) and biology(standard).The final round was routine stuff comprising questions already asked before, by the AVP of sales.

Questions on current affairs might seem tough if one does not read the newspaper regularly, and the written exam questions on english and biology were pretty standard.

It was very vague and not great with slight casual attitude from their end, as we were not informed about timings and just sent the link 5 mins before the interview.

The entire process takes about 20- 25 days and it consists of 2 rounds of interviews 1st with HR, then with the area and regional manager, and final round with branch manager they are basically checking your achievements and why would you be willing to take up this job and if you are experienced and coming from competitor companies expect some cross questions regarding your products and conversion techniques being used

Interview
The First step was an online test (aptitude test), after that the selected students were called in the Gurgaon based office and there all the students were divided into 2 groups and a group discussion was held. After that the first round of technical interview and then finally the HR interview.
