Interview
There was a 5 step recruitment process that was done in order to join the program.
The first was the online application where you have to fill up a form and some essays.
The second one was the 5 minute interview. This is done just to test your english fluency.
Next is the HR interview, followed by the Line Manager interview and finally the Board Interview.
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

Interview
It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
