Net32 interview questions

There's an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then a second interview with the hiring manager. Then a thought exercise (take home) that is followed up by another meeting with the hiring manager to review the exercise. Then a peer interview.

I was rushed through five interviews after being told they were in "desperate" need of someone with my skill set. The two manager level employees asked thoughtful questions. The COO seemed unaware of common e-commerce platforms and analytics tools and did not come prepared for the interview with meaningful or appropriatequestions. Very lackadaisical approach. Upon completing the last interview I was informed I would hear back within a week. Over six weeks have passed. I have messaged the COO multiple times and have not received any update. Completely ghosted after going out of my way to accommodate their urgent process. Unprofessional and uncalled for.
