Interview
Tedious experience. I applied through Internshala. They gave me an assignment on Internshala. I completed that assignment properly. Then they gave me another assignment on Google forms which I completed as well. The last assignment again was on Google form. All three assignments took me more than 3 hours to complete. Then one of their SEO lead took my technical round in which he answered almost 35- questions and I answered 30-32. Then he said the HR will come back to me with the revert. After these rounds, I had to contact them from my side just to get a no without any plausible explanation. I think they gave their own work for website schema creation as assignments. The whole process was a joke.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NetArt
Interview
The Interview process was excellent. Job roles and responsibilities were explained in a suitable manner. Very good approach towards candidates. The assignment given was also intriguing and helps in broadening the knowledge horizon.
