Netcracker Technology PL/SQL Developer interview questions

I got the contact from an HR Analyst (Elizaveta), the conversation was nice. So, we immediately scheduled the technical interview with a Russian collaborator, (Vladmir). It was very good, he asked in a general way about my knowledge about SQL, Oracle, Programming, etc. Result: I passed the interview. Final stage with HR Manager Maria, arrived more than 20 minutes late, without any sympathy. English very difficult to understand. It took more than 5 days to give feedback to Elizaveta, unfortunately negative feedback, but they didn't say why. Anyway, the last step, which was a mere formality, was not and until now I don't know why.
