Netlight Consulting interview questions

I had a very positive experience with Netlight’s interview process. It was well-structured, transparent, and focused on understanding how I think rather than testing rote knowledge. The case interview felt realistic and collaborative, with emphasis on reasoning, assumptions, and trade-offs rather than “right answers.” I also really appreciated how generous they were with time — I was given the opportunity to have coffee with a consultant before the interview, which was both insightful and genuinely valuable for understanding real-world systems and the consulting role. Communication throughout the process was clear and respectful, and the interviewers were engaged and supportive. Overall, it felt like Netlight genuinely cares about mutual fit and long-term growth.
