I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope (Los Altos, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied on the company's site. Received their response in couple of days.
1st technical phone interview arranged after an initial conversation with HR department.
onsite interview arranged after passing the phone technical interview.
The entire interview process was efficient.
Thanks to the HR department for arranging the interviews for me and thanks to the team for taking the time to interview me.
However, a bit disappointed about the professional manner at the last step. I think it would be better to spend about 2 - 3 minutes (you may already have the email template for that, so only need to change the candidate's name and job title) to reply candidate's follow up email to let them know your decision instead of ghosting them .

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope in May 2025
Interview
First round with a recruiter, pretty basic. Second round with a Hiring Manager, where I needed to solve a threading issue and didn't do well.
Both were super nice and made sure to conduct the interviews really well.
I didn't do well on the technical interview, but what really messes up the whole process is that I still didn't receive an answer from them, Usually when a company doesn't give a feedback, that's not really nice, but not even bothering to send an email or a message saying someone was rejected is a new low. I found it disrespectful and would not apply again.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netskope (Manila, Manila)
Interview
1 interview with HR. 3 technical interviews. 2 manager interviews.
Complete waste of time. I was only informed during the job offer stage that neither my current or expected salary can't be met by Netskope. Netskope Philippines should also reevaluate their salary ranges; they are surprisingly low. If the company wants good and experienced talent, then the salary should at least be competitive.
