Netskope conducts several rounds of interviews as a pass time for their employees, each round going for more than an hour.
Later realises that there is no open position at all and no requirement! Ridiculous procedure!!
High time they up their interview procedures!

Interview
It was a good experience, I had a conversation with several engineers, managers, on various topics. The interview had several stages and the duration was good. I always had a feedback and the indication of the next steps
