Recruiter was 15 minutes late to the initial call, then all subsequent interviews were 5-10 minutes late. Despite sub par first impressions, I met with misc employees via numerous interviews and ultimately never received a response of any kind regarding a final decision. If the work environment is anything like the interview process, this place is undoubtedly unorganized. Admittedly, if I had received an offer, I would have not only declined it but used it as leverage to work for a company with better pay and benefits. Communicate and don’t waste people’s time- you can’t treat prospective employees like trash in this market without repercussion.
