NeuBase interview questions

The first interview was with the HR person, then I was scheduled for an interview with the manager/supervisor of the group I was being interviewed for. After the interview with the manager, they asked for my referee, I obliged because I was unemployed at that time, but I see this being an issue for somebody that would like to keep their new job search a secret from their current boss. After the interview with the manager, I was scheduled for two more rounds, with the CSO, COO and Chief People Officer. The interview with these executives was postponed 3-4 times! Absolute disregard for the applicant's time. Overall, it was a terrible experience, coupled with the fact that I never heard back from them till date. It would have been an easy decline if I got an offer from them anyway, because they appear to be unorganized.
