Interviewed for: Head of Production The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It consisted of multiple rounds. The first round focused on my background, experience in animation, facial performance, lip-sync, quality control, and production workflows. There was a detailed discussion about reviewing animation quality, handling QC processes, and working with cross-functional teams. The final round was with the CEO and COO. The discussion was professional and focused on leadership, production management, quality standards, team collaboration, and my experience in facial animation and lip-sync.
