Neurocom interview questions

The interview was smooth and conducted by a group of 3 people/professionals. The HR manager was both a pleasant personality and a professional making critical questions in order to acquire knowledge of the potential employee. The technical manager had extensive knowledge of the technologies used for the position. The owner of the Company - a pleasant person - was present at the interview as well where he described what the role/position needs, what the company is doing in general and how it is performing at the IT Market. It was a stress free interview.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. After getting approached by their HR over LinkedIn, I sent my CV over and we arranged a phone interview with the HR Manager and the Lead Software Engineer which is also a Partner at the company. They had gone thoroughly through my CV already which made a good impression on me. I was then given a sample JAVA project, which I was asked to go through in my own time, explain some parts of it and do some amendments. The points I had to go through were well articulated and there was no deadline. The sample project in itself was interesting.
