Neutral Bay Club interview questions

Interviewed by the board...... no manager in site. Was probably the most unprofessional interview I have been a part of. The president of the club took the lead and began the interview by describing his current form in tennis and bowls and the injuries he has sustained!? Very odd It was mostly based on what can you do for us older members? Not once was I asked about my experience. I fear with this narcissistic approach the president has many great candidates have slipped the net. Proceed with caution.
