The initial interview was set quickly. Sent follow up emails, received one call back stating position advertised changed. I stated I was willing to hear what the position ended up being. Now haven’t heard back in weeks.

The interview process was disappointing, primarily due to the interviewers’ lack of knowledge and preparation. The woman conducting the interview appeared lost and unprepared, seemingly unsure of what questions to ask. Her demeanor came across as unwelcoming, and it felt like she might be more concerned about job security than genuinely evaluating candidates. The male interviewer openly admitted to knowing little about recruiting and expressed an urgent need to fill the position. However, despite this urgency, the role has remained unfilled for nearly a month. Instead of streamlining the process to secure a strong candidate quickly, they seem to be dragging it out unnecessarily. This approach will likely result in losing out on top talent as other employers move faster in the hiring process. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend pursuing this role, as whoever accepts it will likely face significant challenges trying to recruit for a company with such a chaotic and poorly managed HR department.
