Unprofessional, robotic, transactional. No conversation just ‘what’s your salary’ and ‘you’ll need to be in the office 5 days a week’ kind of interview. Lasted 5 minutes. Asked why a recruiter would need to be office based for the full week, hiring manager la response was a kind of ‘it’s always been this way and we all do it’ kind of response. They will struggle to find a good Talent Acquisition person with this interview process and lack of hybrid.
