New Country Healthcare interview questions

Everything went well and smoothly, During the second interview, one of the hiring managers told me that there would be a third interview with the CEO and I was excited about it. After that, it's complete silence. I asked for feedback but nothing. Told me that I was rejected, I don't mind it but gave me reasons for it especially when the hiring manager informed me during an interview that there would be another one!!! Poor poor management unable to figure out the kind of candidate they are looking for! It's so clear to me now that they didn't even read my CV, they just did interviews as much as possible then they figured out by magic how they chose or which skills they were looking for
