After completing all necessary steps in the recruitment process, including submitting a case study, I experienced a significant delay in receiving any updates. I had to follow up with the company to get a response regarding my application status. While I understand this is an early-stage startup, the process, especially the communication and updates, could have been more organized. The interview difficulty was average, but the overall experience felt a bit chaotic.
