Does the following scenario state a claim of discrimination: A woman claims she is being sexually harassed by her employer. Although she feels extremely uncomfortable with the employer asking her out on dates she's never communicated her discomfort to the employer. Does this fact out of state a claim for discrimination?

Was a quick interview that only lasted probably 10 minutes. The interview was more informal than formal. There were no rounds and this was the only interview required. I heard back from them within a week and started fairly quickly.
