New York Racing Association interview questions

It's a long process. I submitted my application at the beginning of March, and got the first round interview. Then, I received an email saying they were under reorganization and would contact me later. At the end of July, HR called me to check in and arrange two rounds of interviews in August and September. The hiring manager was very respectful and professional. Interviewers were nice.

2 rounds of interviews that were within a short time. I had a good experience until it was time for the results. I was told I would hear back a week from the day I had the interview.... On that day, I heard nothing. The employer ghosted me along with all other candidates and reposted the job with a different name. Pretty confident they are just hiring someone from the inside and legally had to post the job and do interviews. Crazy that we live in a world where they expect you take time out of your day, but cant give you a simple yes or no email. Its not that hard, respond to your email.
