I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NewRich Network
Interview
The first interview was an HR screening with a few simple technical questions.
The second interview was with the tech lead — he was very easy-going and asked a few questions about PHP, SQL, OOP, JavaScript, and CI/CD.
After that, they sent me a task to complete, which I finished successfully.
But unfortunately, they will reject you because of a small misconfiguration when running the tests or a similar issue.

Interview
From the ground up! They ask precise questions on PHP knowledge first, and then build on very complex scenarios. At the end they go through frontend technologies, CI/CD and cloud providers
Please do not engage with this tire fire. I assume the point of this job post was to get expert advice for free. The "application" had six pretty industry-specific questions it wants you to answer. (Detailed below.) You're also asked to provide a picture of yourself, which is laughable and borderline discriminatory. Nine days later the job posting has vanished from LinkedIn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1) What's your experience with xyz marketing (a specific type of marketing)?
2) What strategies do you use to optimize [a certain engagement KPI] and [a certain reach KPI] in this field?
3) Describe challenges you overcame re: these KPIs. Be specific!
4) What types of metrics have you used before?
5) What are healthy metrics to look for when starting a new xyz marketing channel?
6) How did you get into this career?
Again, pretty obvious that all but the last question (which was tacked on for the sake of appearance) are pumping applicants for expert advice, minus the consulting fee.
