When you get call from HR, you explain her about your zero experience as a landscape designer, and she says that's fine. We will teach you and it's open for fresher. At the time of interview you get design task and asked to complete the task saying we don't want final drawings just a process and in your review they will ask you all the technical questions. Then they will blame you. And then you will realise that there is no internal coordination between the interview team, every one is trying to finish their task and you have to suffer in between because of their misguidance and miscommunication. Where as on telephonic interview round only they should inform you that the position is not for freshers.
