Overall a fair interview process. Ability to ask questions. Very formal, typical interview process. Think your typical STAR question and answer. A lot of focus on previous experience. Definitely a traditional interview style.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Newcastle Permanent in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online heard within a week that I was invited to an assessment centre, standard stuff, count money, a few maths questions and mock transaction. Pretty cool but nerving experience. Heard back a week later that they wanted me to go for an interview the following week. Interview was good, a recruitment officer and a branch manager were the ones interviewing me. Didn't feel very stressful very relaxed interview had a laugh about a few things but was able to get the serious questions done aswell.

Interview
Online application process was easy to follow and gave immediate acknowledgement of receipt of my application. HR Team were friendly, informative and highly professional. Two interviews were pleasant, reasonable relaxed with behavioural questions.

Question 1
Questions around how I would manage difficult people. Conflicting priorities unacceptable behaviours lead me to believe that they have not had many effective leaders recruited.
