NexVel Solutions interview questions

it was a one-way interview where you talked about yourself for 5-minutes. You got 3 takes in total and chose the best one. We had to speak about our experience, and why we felt we'd be a fit for the role. Overall, I have come to realize that this is a very low-quality, low-effort tactic for companies to conceal their shortcomings and weaknesses as leaders. I had to determine on my own that I was rejected because they have completely ghosted me. If you're not naturally social to begin with, I'd recommend avoiding one-way video interviews. There's no benefit to it, and companies like this will just ghost you after. Literally anyone with good speaking skills can bluff up skills they don't have, so that was my initial thought.
