It was an online video interview with 7 questions. You were presented with the question and then had 30 seconds to 1 minute to prepare a 2-3 minutes video response to each question. They asked about Nexen's eight cultural beliefs and how you'd relate them to yourself. I interviewed yesterday and have not heard back yet.
