Nexplace Info interview questions

I had three rounds of interview. 1st is screening and 2nd is with some senior employee and final round is with CEO. I performed my best but didn't get selected in final round. When I called for results they said CEO didn't say anything why you were not selected but in first two rounds you did best and I don't know why she rejected. This is really embarrassing for me. In all the three rounds they asked Tell me about yourself and I was happy that i have reached final round. But at last they backfired. Atleast they would said that for this reason we have rejected to you like that. It would have helped me enhance it. Anyways all the best for your success. By seeing previous review on operational manager I felt that you would have conducted interview for namkesake, but I am not sure. If it so please don't do interviews for namesake and waste everyones time and effort.

Not satisfied. Was referred to a company which did not even have a vacancy for an operations role. Such a waste of time. I suggest the company to call the right candidates and refer the candidates to the right companies that suit their job role.
