I went to Super Saturday after the phone interview, questions are not hard but quite comprehensive. Ranging from HTML/CSS/JavaScript to Database, PHP, and many more. They also did a couple of behavioral interviews, being interviewed by several employees. The Super Saturday was a 9 hour evaluation for candidates, it could be seen that they do care about hiring the right people. The free food was quite good.

Pretty standard process. The Super Saturday was a great experience.
