Interview
Robotic. Bland. Zero personality by the interviewer. Lacked any portrayal of solid culture or collaborative environment. Other employees not open to discussion. Very rigid conversations; making the entire process very awkward; very guided like an exact list of questions for everyone. Not an enjoyable process. The result was making a decision to not move ahead knowing that there would likely be a very rigid corporate 'inside the box' type of environment to work within.
