The first round of interview was good with the recruiter. They asked a lot of questions about me and my job profile but unfortunately due to location constraints I didn't land the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nextt (Sydney)
Interview
The recruiter from Nexxt contacted me on LinkedIn after I sent my resume through to say they wanted to my contact details. This was odd, as my resume has details. Then the recruiter set a time for interview. A few hours before the interview, the recruiter asked me for my resume, claiming they didn't have it. I sent it through. The recruiter called LATE for the interview, so much that I thought the time was wrong. The interview did happen. Easy questions. Recruiter was clearly following a script. Some inappropriate comments, see "questions". Then interview ends and recruiter says, "Great, thanks for your time. I'll speak to you on Monday". I think it's so fine. Monday comes and goes. A whole 2 weeks pass. No call. No rejection letter. I message the Recruiter. They tell me they are overseas suddenly, unable to handle "office roles" (while still actively on LinkedIn promoting office roles). The process makes me sick. Where's the respect?!
I'm sorry to read about your experience. It's not how we like to do business. If you would like to discuss in more detail please email me at dnuroo@nextt.com.au.

Interview
I had a call firstly from a recruitment officer from Melbourne. He was very throughout and explained the position well. Next step a Microsoft teams meeting with house manager and another manager. They asked a series of scenario and general questions relevant to the roll. Great process overall it is refreshing they are thorougher in the interview process
