Interview
I was a bit put off by the interview process, and ultimately did not want to take a job because of what I felt it was implying about the managerial style I'd be dealing with. After applying online I got an email telling me they were super impressed by my resume and they want to fill the position this week so they want to interview tomorrow, so I arranged my schedule to be able to. I interviewed with three people, one of the cofounders and two other employees. They told me at the end of the interview that they'd email me a decision next week on Monday. On Monday I got an email that they would decide on Tuesday. On Tuesday I got an email that they want me to interview with somebody else in the company on Wednesday. At that point I decided it wasn't going to work, between the reviews on here and this back and forth leading, I know I won't enjoy it there. There was also no room for promotion/growth long term, so this seemed like a lot for a stepping stone position.
