First round is over the phone with HR. Second Round is typically over the phone with your direct report. Third round is in person at HQ. Usually multiple people come in and interview you. Some from HR and some from the department you are interested in.

The interview process was brief and painless. I enjoyed talking to the interviewer and he made me excited about the job on the table. Overall very positive experience.
