The clear process is outlined on the website. I appreciated the website even gives candidates tips for better interviewing. After the initial resume review, I was contacted for interest in a phone screen. The phone screen was followed up with an interview with another manager, then an in-person interview. The whole process was very clear and direct.

I had a phone call with a recruiter and then I had a second interview with a hiring manager. The recruiter was not friendly at all but the hiring manager was nice. I was asked a ton of behavioral questions. Honestly, for the pay the pay that you start at I think the interview process is too long and not worth it. They had told me there would be a third interview after the second.

Applied 04/2023 and same day HR acquisition sent an email to schedule a phone screening. Week later email was sent to schedule TEAMS interview with manager. Felt interview was great and team would let me know by next week final decision. Sent a follow-up email after the week and HR was still in the process. By then it was already at the end of April. It was already May 05/2023 and no updates from HR. Safe to say I didn't get the job. But I wished there was a rejection or not selected email sent to canidates.
