I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nixxes Software (Utrecht) in Mar 2025

Interview

Long selection process. After letter selection, initial talk with HR, a talk with head of office and then a talk with peers/direct supervisor. Overall friendly staff and management, but interviews were not very structured. End result was a long silence period followed by a rejection call with non factual feedback. Overall process took about 3 months+

The recruitment process was Ok, they were kind and helpful. The audio of the call was a bit low, and I, being a non-native English speaker, was struggling a bit to understand.

After a screening interview I got invited for an in-house technical interview. Their emailing system is very confusing and it is not clear if the interview is online or in-house. After some rescheduling I finally met them at the office which actually was not necessary because half of the interviewers were online anyway.
