Super easy. Very simple. Just have to want the job and show it. I filled out the application online them talked to the recruiter and then the manager. Then i got a offer a few days later and started the process of getting hired

Very casual. We discussed the role, the responsibilities, and the hours. The manager at the time warned that this was not a creative role. It's primarily mechanical, doing the same thing every day.
