Interview
Started as contractor so the agency did a telephonic interview in my place. I was declined due to the amount I was asking for and a fairly vague resume that didn’t clearly outline my experience. The agency called to inform I wasn’t selected due to this so I explained my experience in more detail so Noble decided to directly interview me. I was selected as agency corporate recruiter, later converted to offshore recruiter! Very respectful interview with a positive and motivating vibe!
