I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Noble Corporation (Sugar Land, TX) in Dec 2018
Very lengthy process to will will not yield any result unless you are recommended or refer by someone on the inside. HR was extremely helpful, but the department doesnt seem to care about any one without recommendation from current employee.
- Technical portion is impossible to pass unless you have prior experience working for them.

First a phone call to set up medical and Fontana physical. Then to office to do paperwork and get lied to by recruiters about having work for rigs. You won’t know until you get to the rig if anything they tell you is true.
- About my previous experience with Noble. They wouldn’t want to ask me again after being laid off twice.

The interview process is fair. There is an assessment with basic math and vocabulary questions. After, there are 2-5 interviewers about 20-30 minutes each depending in the position. First with HR and the Recruiter (s), then with the actual manager and team.
