Asked to complete a 6-hour long Electrical Engineering-Systems assessment test before even being granted an HR screening interview. If you want desperate employees that is how you get desperate employees. No engineer with a little bit of value would consider spending a whole day doing assessments like these especially this early because no other company is doing it to this extent. I hope they change their ways.
