Interview
It was amazing! The process was very quick. After I applied online, I got an email the next day about sending in a video in about why I would be good for the job, after I turned that in, the next day I got an email about scheduling an mock coaching interview, after that was scheduling a face to face interview. The face to face was 1:1 and it was a conversational. It started off with the interviewer telling me about herself and then asked me about myself.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
