It was a pretty thorough interview process with multiple stages. Overall the interviewing process took about 2 1/2-3 weeks from the time I submitted my application to receiving an offer. I liked that there were different phases of the interview—making a brief video about myself, live coaching, and then the virtual interview with a Noom employee.

I was asked to tell them something about myself that they wouldn’t know from reading my resume.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
