Nordic Capital interview questions

Applied online through their website and received an invite roughly 3 weeks later. First round with HR, Second Round Paper LBO and a few technicals and commercial understanding, Third round personal fit with a director. All in all great process and not too difficult

The questions are quite simple and not too technical. First, the interviewer introduced himself and the Company. Then followed by interviewee's introduction. Interviewer then asked accounting and some technical questions which are answerable if you have been working in fund accounting before.
