Pretty fast. 6 questions. Easy questions. It wasn't hard at all. It wasn't difficult. It didn't take long. It wasn't a burden. It was good overall. It wasn't bad. It wasn't that bad. It was great!
Pretty standard questions for a customer service job. They ask about your past experience with solving problems with customers and how you deescalated a situation with a unsatisfied customer. If you already worked a retail job before this, you pretty much have all the answers to their questions.

They ask how you approached a situation with a unsatisfied customer and how the issue was resolved.
They ask if you have open availability
Interview over the phone which included a lot of questions. Salary was given over the phone. Scheduled a start day for orientation. Pretty simple process. I was surprised by how smoothly things went.
